Hill Ward Henderson, an AV-rated, Tampa, Florida law firm seeks a qualified attorney for its Litigation group. Candidates must have 2-4 years of substantive experience in litigation, specifically in the areas of mass tort, trade secret and/or general commercial litigation.

The position requires excellent academic credentials, strong communication skills, excellent research and writing skills and client development potential. The ideal candidate has experience with all facets of case management and trial preparation including taking and defending party and expert witness depositions, preparing pretrial motions, and collaborating with the litigation team in formulating case objectives and trial strategy.
