We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 5-10 years’ experience to join our law firm. In this role, you will provide legal counsel, conduct legal research, prepare and review documents, and manage case files. You will collaborate with administrative staff, colleagues, and senior partners to deliver exceptional legal services to our clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Conduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
- Preparing for, conducting, and attending depositions, hearings, mediations and trials.
- Communicating effectively and professionally with clients.
- Self-directed case management from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D degree) from an accredited law school and bar examination
- 5-10 years of experience
- Strong academic and employment history
- Ability to work independently, as well as within a team
- Licensed in Texas
- Previous experience with Commercial Litigation is preferred
