We are a fast-paced, well-established personal injury firm seeking an experienced attorney to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a high-volume, high-value case environment and is looking for substantial earning potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 80–90 personal injury files
• Handle cases from intake through settlement or trial
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients to maximize recovery
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated support team

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of personal injury experience
• Proven ability to independently manage a substantial caseload
• Strong negotiation and case management skills
• Results-driven with a track record of successful settlements

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $125,000 – $150,000
•  A percentage of all fees earned on files that you settle or otherwise resolve 
• Total earning potential: $300,000 – $400,000+ annually
• 3 weeks paid vacation
