Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling a variety of family law cases from intake through resolution
- Appear in court for hearings and case management conferences
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
- Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel
- Participate in mediations, depositions, and settlement discussions
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Florida
- 3+ years of experience practicing Family Law is required
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
- Comfortable communicating with clients during emotional or stressful situations
