The Project Coordinator will assist with project documentation, scheduling, material coordination, communication, and administrative tracking. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with manufacturers and vendors regarding pricing, orders, product availability, lead times, shipping, and delivery requirements.m. Monitor upcoming deadlines and proactively follow up on outstanding approvals, documents, materials, and action items. Participate in internal project meetings and provide status updates as requested. Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, architects, manufacturers, and internal team members. Assist with installation scheduling and coordination between field personnel and project stakeholders. Help identify potential scheduling, documentation, or material issues and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate project manager.
