Requirements
Established mid-sized law firm with over 30 years of experience in Community Association Law is seeking a motivated Florida Bar member to join our growing team. We welcome attorneys with 0+ years of experience—whether you're newly admitted or have prior litigation experience. No Community Association Law experience is required; we will train the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Active membership in The Florida Bar
Excellent verbal, written, and advocacy skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
A positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
This position offers hands-on experience in a broad range of Community Association matters, including:
Litigation from inception through resolution
Attendance at Board of Directors meetings
Advising condominium and homeowners' associations
Other Community Association legal matters, with a primary focus on litigation
