Associate Attorney – Family Law
Location: Concord, NC (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do

You will independently manage family law matters from initial consultation through final resolution, including:

•       Conduct client consultations and develop legal strategies
•       Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and correspondence
•       Negotiate settlements
•       Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
•       Maintain proactive communication with clients and team members
•       Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to provide exceptional client service
•       Build and maintain a personal book of business while contributing to the continued growth of the firm

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

•       Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and in good standing
•       Experience handling family law matters from consultation through resolution
•       An existing family law book of business (preferred)
•       Strong courtroom and negotiation skills
•       Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities
•       Outstanding organizational and time management skills
•       Exceptional attention to detail
•       A compassionate, empathetic approach to client service
•       Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork
