 Ideal candidate would have 1-3 years’ experience.

 You will have the opportunity to work across all the firm’s practice areas, including:

•         Family Law – divorce, custody, support and related matters
•         Business Law – entity formation, transactions and contracts
•         Real Estate & Property Law – residential and commercial transactions, property disputes
•         Wills, Trusts, Estates & Probate – estate planning, trust administration, and probate
•         Litigation – civil litigation across practice areas when disputes require court intervention.

Requirements

•         Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
•         Bar admission and good standing with the state Bar in the state of Indiana (or pending admission)
•         Genuine interest in general practice and client-centered advocacy
•         Curiosity and eagerness to learn across multiple practice areas
•         Integrity, reliability, and a desire to be a part of a close-knit team
•         Prior experience in any of our practice areas is a plus, but not required
•         Ability to organize and prioritize workload
•         Legal research and computer skills
•         Maintain case files, adhere to deadlines, and advocate for our clients
•         Prepare for and appear in court
•         Commitment for long-term employment
