The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our construction law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on sophisticated construction matters alongside a seasoned team, with a clear path for professional growth and reward for strong performance.
What You'll Do
Represent clients in construction-related litigation, arbitration, and transactional matters
Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related agreements
Advise clients on lien law, bond claims, and construction defect issues
Manage a caseload with support from an experienced firm team
Build and maintain strong client relationships
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3–5 years of legal experience (construction law experience preferred)
Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
A collaborative, client-focused approach to practicing law
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $110,000–$140,000, commensurate with experience
Bonus opportunities available after minimum billing requirements are met
Billing requirement: 1,320 hours annually (110 hours/month)
